The Smartmac Moulder Series, manufactured by Leadermac, is available in a wide variety of configurations, and 1 Shot Table Lube System.

Features:

• 1 to 5 Head Moulder
• 7″ (180mm) or 9″ (230mm) Width
• Full Sound & Safety Enclosure includes lighting fixtures
• 1 piece, cast iron heavy machine frame is specially heat treated for standard configurations
• Motorized vertical adjustment of feed beam
• More full width Top & Bottom Driven Rolls them most competitors
• Feed System is Chainless Heavy Duty Cardan Shaft with very heavy gearboxes and universals
• Fast variable feed speeds of up to 80 fpm (25mpm) are standard – higher speeds optional
• Precision Spindle Assemblies each include 4 Precision Bearings for high tolerances
• Spindles Speeds are std. 6000 rpm and 7200 rpm are optional
• Each Horizontal spindle is driven by an individual motor & Side Heads share a common motor
• Pneumatic pressure of feed rollers can be easily set to assist smooth feeding. Separate contrls for top Infeed, Midfeed & Outfeed Rolls
• Hard-Chrome Plating throught all Table Surfaces, Chip Breakers, Pressure Plates and Main Guide
• Dual Digital Counters On Near Side Head & Top Head Radial Set & Mechanical Digital Readouts for all heads Axial and Radial, the pressure plates & Top Head Chip Breaker
• 1 Shot Table Lube System
• Central lubrication system – lubrication points located from front of machine
• Complete set of cutter heads
• Electrics to UL/CSA Standards and are 230/460 or 575/3/60 or 380/415/3/50 as desired- can convert to single phase optional.
